  • Order Acceptance: Your order represents an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Payment must be processed before an order is accepted.
  • Pricing & Taxes: Prices are subject to change without notice. Listed prices do not include shipping, handling, or local customs duties/import taxes (buyers are responsible for these fees).

4. Shipping & Liability

  • All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Sekimura Workshop is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Damages: Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Replacements or store credit are issued at our sole discretion.

  • All designs, brands, text, graphics, and logos on this store belong to Sekimura Workshop. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials for commercial purposes without our written consent.
